The Stove & Fireplace Studio is an established company based in Ilkley providing renewable solutions to both domestic and commercial clients. Our premier showroom has an extensive range of wood burning and multi fuel stoves along with gas and electric options. We are open 7 days a week so please feel free to come in and discuss how we can help you. Our highly trained staff and installation teams will be happy to help with any queries you may have and to assist you in achieving the right solution for your needs.

Here at The Stove & Fireplace Studio you will find the latest designs and technology backed by a knowledgeable and friendly team of advisors, representatives and installers. Whether your preference is for a traditional cast iron stove, a contemporary free standing stove or an ultra-modern inset stove we have the perfect match for you. Alternatively you can call us to arrange a free-of-charge survey in which our engineer will come to you to discuss your stove and fireplace requirements. As well as HETAS qualified installers we have experienced builders and plasterers on our team – whatever needs doing to give you the look you require we have the capabilities to do it to the highest standards with the minimum of fuss and disruption to yourselves.

Our showroom is located conveniently in Ilkley town centre just off from the main town car park. On display we have stoves of all kinds from most of the major brands in the industry and we have something for everyones needs! Our staff are all highly experienced in the industry and can provide you with first class help and advice when making your purchase. We also stock many fireplace accessories from log baskets to companion sets.

We also now have three live solid fuel stoves, the Charnwood Cove 2 8kW, the Rais Q-Tee II 6.5kW and the Stovax Studio 1 5kW inset stove.

FIREPLACE IDEAS & INSPIRATIONS

All stoves have to stand on a hearth created from a non-flammable material – the two most common options are probably slate or Yorkshire stone flags, but many other stone types can be used or for a free standing appliance a glass hearth can give a modern minimalist look. The interior chamber of the fireplace also needs to be a fireproof material, for a clean look we can use a fireproof plasterboard which can then be painted to match the colour of the walls, alternatively a polished marble interior can look very luxurious, or for a more textured look a wide range of brick slips and tiles are available. The surround forms the frame to the fireplace, and can vary from a simple wooden beam to a highly decorative mantel with carved and detailed corbels – or for a totally clean cut look you may wish to dispense with a surround completely Smooth and neutral coloured marble and limestone fireplace finishes are the most popular over all, but can be mixed with black granite or slate hearths, for example, to give contrasting details. Wooden surrounds are available in a wide range of wide range of colours and styles – though you may need to put in stone ‘slips’ to protect the wood from the heat of the stove.   At Earth Renewables as well as the established fireplace manufacturers we work with many suppliers to provide bespoke fireplaces in the material, style and size you desire.

We had a log burner fitted by this company in April 2014. We had a few minor hitches with this company but they were soon sorted out satisfactorily to both sides. The furniture and carpet had already been moved in anticipation of the workmen arriving. Although we had different workmen on two days, they all were polite and worked extremely hard. All rubble was taken away and left tidy each day and on the final day, the floor was mopped. The working of the log burner were explained to us again on the final day which was a help. Everybody within the company that we dealt with were polite, informative and hard working. Thank you very much to you all. I would recommend this company to my family/friends.

5 star all the way!! These guys are the best!! From helping you with the right materials/finishes for your bespoke fireplace, to getting you the stove you really want!! I would recommend these guys so highly and after they have finished each day they all cleaned up after themselves!! Great job and thanks again chaps!! We are both well made up!!
